The Republican so called win

I find it interesting that the Republicans are already claiming some sort of mandate and trying to set the agenda for the next two years. Let me point out to them, that they only control the House, neither the Senate nor the Executive Branch. If they get too arrogant, which is usually the norm, they won’t control that either after 2012. Both parties can not get too comfortable.

I don’t know about you, but I am so sick of the elections. I have voted, but I must admit I can’t stand the Democrats, and I despise the Republicans. We really need a viable third party to give these jerks a reason to clean up their act and actually do a decent job.

The Progressive Movement

Progressive movement: It is interesting to me that Glenn Beck has chosen to attack this movement. Let me remind you what the Progressive Movement accomplished; the end of child labor, the right for women to vote, the 40 hour work week, the capability of the middle class to exist, food and water safety, and so on and so on. If the Progressive Movement didn’t happen, I doubt Glenn Beck would be around, so I guess that would be the sole negative part to the movement.
